INVITE THE ROMANS TO YOUR MUSEUM
If you are looking for an attraction at a Museum or Roman Villa/Palace/Site that has Roman artefacts, or Mosaics, then we can offer an Activity or two to help attract people to it.
MOSAIC MAKING
Using Tessarae (tiles) simular to those the romans used, we hold drop in workshops throughout the day,It will give the public a unique opportunity to have a go at this Ancient art form , and make a Roman style mosaic to take away as a keepsake of the visit.
FEE £250 plus travel.(from 10am to 4pm)
NERFING
Another Activity we offer either alongside the mosaic making or as a stand alone activity, is our new game "NERF THE ROMANS"
A fun shooting game for all the family using Nerf guns , which fire safe foam darts, in an enclosed area.
The aim is to knock down the Mosaic Roman Centurion Figures standing on our Hadrians Wall ..With educational facts about the Romans written on the wall, Children can read and learn about the Romans at the same time.
Its Great fun and a challenge to knock them out of their little windows within the wall ..we give out lollys for all those who have a go.
Can be an indoor or outdoor activity
FEE £195 PLUS TRAVEL (from 10am til 4pm)
or book both activities for £400 plus travel from Peacehaven East Sussex.
LEGIONNAIRE/GLADIATOR SCHOOL FOR KIDS
A fun action packed activity for Children to gain an insight to how to fight and die dramatically like a Gladiator/Legionnaire using shields and foam swords.
Also includes an interesting , fun and interactive talk, by Markus the Legionary Soldier.
Try on different Gladiator Helmets, Centurions Helmet and some armour for that perfect photo opportunity !
The Day involves three 30 - 40 minute have a go combat /talk Sessions, plus all day meet and greet with the Public.
Fee £250 plus expenses
FEMALE GLADIATRIX "AMAZON"
Available as an extra meet and greet, She can also do a short fight demonstration with Markus ! Very useful attraction to help with shop sales of Swords and shields ect ...
Fee £150 only available with Gladiator School Day (no extra travel expenses )
MEET AND GREET WALKABOUT
Imagine having The Romans walk about your Museum/Villa ect .. and meet , talk and pose for pictures with your Visitors ! What a day for them to remember !
We can do this in full costume, and promote any event you may be holding , or not !
We can walk around your local town to attract more visitors , talking to people and creating a buzz !
Choice of 3 Charaters, Markus the Centurion, Minerva the Roman Goddess or Amazon the Female Gladiatrix.
FEE £150 EACH plus travel expenses.
Our fees include us both dressed authentically as Romans to run the Activitys , Mark has a full legionnaires outfit, and Aimee dresses as Minerva Roman Goddess of Arts and Crafts. Also includes the free Lollys to give away with nerfing game, and includes all materials for mosaic making .
If the museum carrys our stock of kits then we promote them as much as possible .
